This active subwoofer centers around a custom-designed 18-inch Cerwin-Vega woofer known for its impressive power handling and output. To further boost performance, the CVA-118 includes a precisely matched, integrated 700-watt amplifier. This active design not only enhances performance, but also makes the unit more portable. As a result, users enjoy the powerful output of an 18-inch woofer in an enclosure typically sized for a 15-inch subwoofer.
