New music store!

Alright its not strictly new but it is the new onthedex layout! Due to problems in the supply chain we have stopped selling cds and dvds and have decided to concentrate on our first love, musical instruments and hardware!

We feature music equipment from two of the UK's biggest music stores as well as the addition of ZZounds, an American company and one of the biggest online music stores. Lots of cheap music gear can be had from zzounds.

Gibson CS336 Custom Figured Top Electric Guitar (with Case)

The CS-336 represents the Custom Shop's first tonally carved guitar, and the fulfillment of a goal originally set forth over 100 years ago by Gibson founder Orville Gibson: to produce an instrument with one-piece back and sides construction. The mahogany back, sides, and center piece of the CS-336 are carved from one block of wood and, when joined to the maple top, create a guitar with unsurpassed resonance and woody tone. Its scaled down body size and slim taper neck allow for more comfortable playing with no compromise in tone.

Gibson Custom Shop Johnny A Signature Electric Guitar (with Case)

The Johnny A. Signature model combines several innovative design aspects with loads of vintage Gibson appointments. A custom neck profile, and custom pearl inlays combine with traditional features like multi-ply binding, gold hardware, and an ebony fretboard to create an instrument that captures the magic of Gibson's past while eagerly anticipating the future.

Gibson Custom L4 CES Archtop Electric Guitar (with Case)

Even though Gibson had orginally created the laminated top ES-175 in 1948 to fill the need for an electric version of the acoustic, carved top L-4C, the demand still existed for an electric L-4 with a fully carved top. In the late 1950's Gibson answered this call by releasing small runs of variously configured L-4CES guitars:some with Charlie Christian pickups, some with Alnico pickups, and some with humbuckers. For today's player, the Custom Collection offers the L-4CES in its final incarnation.
