Danny Elfman on Synthesis Radio Talks About Serenada
here.
From www.synthesis.net:
Danny Elfman is ok at what he does.
He has only composed the music to a few of the largegest films of the past 20 years (Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, Men In Black, Batman, Nightmare Before Christmas, Chicago). Written the themes for hit TV shows (Simpsons, Desperate Housewives) and had a good run leading the theatrical whirlwind Oingo Boingo. Self-taught and never formally trained musically, he has now penned a complete symphony piece Serenada Schizophrana.
